For every contact in your Home Vault, you can list all gifts given or received from that contact. For each gift, you can list the occasion, the date, and a full description.
Combine this feature with the ability to track the interests of all your contacts and you have the powerful ability to find the right gift for everyone
Most customers consider this the most powerful section of The Home Vault. Here you not only store your contacts' addresses, but also create holiday address lists, birthday lists by month, store gift ideas, and list gifts exchanged between you and your contacts With this window, you can keep track of the relationships of your primary contact listed above. These are the "social circle" surrounding your primary contacts. Here, as above, you can keep track of addresses, phone numbers, prominent dates, and interests for the relationship
The Family and Friends section is designed to keep your contacts in familiar units or social circles. These could be groupings of friends or of families. For instance, you may have a friend who is married and has children. The friend would be the “Primary Contact” and his/her spouse and children would be the “family” unit. You would view your friend on the left side of the window shown in figure below. His/her spouse and children can be viewed by clicking the “View Family and Friends” button on that same window.
Along with address and phone information, you can track gifts received and given to the contacts. Using stored birthday and anniversary date information, you can create monthly lists for sending cards and gifts. Additionally, you can create holiday gift and card lists.
