The Journals section of the Home Vault and the Work Vault allows you to hold notes and journals on many different topics in a single, convenient location.  Unlike the Document Archive section, these documents can be changed.  The documents you create will be opened with either Microsoft Word or a program that can edit rich text files.   

Items may be filtered by categories that you assign for the documents.  This aids ease of location when you have large numbers of items.
